Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

A customer is responsible for providing their correct shipping address including delivery instructions for USPS.  Missing unit numbers or any misinformation (including state) is on the liability of the customer.  If a customer types the incorrect address whether it is saved in their browsing history from a credit card or auto corrected, they will not receive the item and we are not responsible.   The recipient must take this up with USPS directly as we the sender are not able to, Or attempt to contact the recipient of the incorrect address.

 

Along the same lines we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages caused by USPS transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Because we are a small business we also must enforce the charge of a restocking fee - 25% of the cost of the product will be deducted from the issued credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Due to the nature of our fulfillment, there are no penalties for late shipping.
