Last 90 Day Challenge

It's crazy to think that in just 90 days it's going to be 2020. How did 2019 go by so fast? As our team sits here to look at our Growth and Wild adventures we've been honing in on what we are going to be doing in these next 90 days with our individual and business goals, plans, adventures and more. Some people on our team want to work out more, eat healthier, go on a mini vacation, show up for themselves and make goals for themselves.  

What is this 90 day challenge that everyone is talking about? It's crazy to think but we only have 3 more months left until we're starting the year again. The 90 day challenge is recognizing that you can still obtain and achieve any of the goals you made for yourself anytime in 2019 - It's not too late! "It takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to change your life." (Thank you Rachel Hollis) Now is the time to take action and live your life.

 Here are a few tips from us at Grow WiLd:

1.) Just say YES!

You never know what is going to happen the worst case scenario is that you say yes, then figure out that you didn't like it and change your mind. Say yes to going out with your friends, the healthier option, a workshop class. They will all change your path with narrowing down what needs to be done. It's now or maybe never. Say yes and GROW. 

2.) Journal.

Journaling is a great way to get all of your hopes and dreams down on paper. Want to make your dreams an actual goal, write it down and create a plan for yourself. When you write down what you are going to do, your brain is already recognizing it as something that is happening. Writing it down is just bringing you closer to you accomplishing your goal. In addition, write down what you are grateful for and what you have overcome already. It helps you stay positive and see that you are making progress with. Making little goals each day to get to the bigger goal help get you there faster. 

3.) Find a buddy.

If you're a little intimidated by your goals or how to get there find someone to hold you accountable. This person can really be anyone as long as they're right with you with their own goals and aspirations. When you aren't doing something alone it doesn't seem as daunting. You can both motivate each other every day or weekly, however you want to work it out. 

Everything scary is outside of your comfort zone, so go out of it and say YES! You never know what you can accomplish until you do it. You got this and you are going to own these last 90 days, GROW WILD!
